Sadly, I needed his help with a concern that USAA had regarding proof of purchase. I called him with the USAA representative on the line. He was NO help and was short with me, "I am going to get off the phone now". He hung up. I called back and spoke to the finance manager West who texted me and email the one sheet POP to the representative from USAA that I needed. Problem solved by West. Dale Calhoun got his commission and lived up to what many who have met his type before call "USED CAR SALESMAN". With that said, I would not hesitate to make another purchase using a different sales person. More

That may be because we knew exactly what we wanted when we got there. He was not rude in any way. The finance department person that we had to deal with was a bit rude after we turned down his extended warranty and gap insurance. He also told us that the manuafactorers power train warranty does not carry over to second owners. We checked on our own and that is not true. More
