No hassle indeed I had a particular vehicle and timeline of when I wanted to buy in mind when first started looking. I contacted two Toyota dealerships in DFW during t I had a particular vehicle and timeline of when I wanted to buy in mind when first started looking. I contacted two Toyota dealerships in DFW during the process. One left me six messages on the first day I requested information, and continued at this rate until I asked them to stop. The other dealership was Toyota of Rockwall. They respected my time, they weren't pushy and were overall just extremely helpful in the process. If all car buying processes were as smooth as this one I might have upgraded my car sooner. More

Great service department I made an appointment for service. On the day scheduled I was greeted by a service rep who greeted me warmly. He explained what they would do, how lon I made an appointment for service. On the day scheduled I was greeted by a service rep who greeted me warmly.
