Mr. Chris Abshire was very helpful, although days has passed before we met. He answered all our questions and kept us posted of all the sales options in a prompt and professional manner. The care we were interested in was even put on hold for a few days, allowing us to find time to finally meet. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted professionally by all staff. Due to Chris not being available immediately, we were assisted by Mr. Chad Jones, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient during the negotiation process, while also providing assurance and confidence in the vehicles (we bough a new and used vehicle that day) we eventually bought. Both gentlemen were very nice the entire time. When going over the finance paperwork, Mr. Wes Gerhardt picked right up where the other two gentlemen left off. He took his time explaining all the necessary details, displaying courteousness the entire time. Like the other two gentlemen we worked with, he was very knowledgeable and patient. There was absolutely no feeling of being rushed through anything, although it was starting to be late. My family looks forward to maintaining a relationship with this dealership and will recommend to others. More

Great Experience- Fast and Easy My wife and I went in looking for a used truck with 4x4 and a double cab. We had a specific price range in mind and wanted to stay around 25K miles on My wife and I went in looking for a used truck with 4x4 and a double cab. James asked us a few questions about our vehicle requirements then went to check inventory that matched what we wanted. He presented us with a few options that were a good fit for us and after drivin5a few trucks we decided on one. We asked a lot of questuons5about the truck, engine, MPG, price, et,., and James was very patient and answered everything. Shortly after we agreed on the truck we agreed on price. We negotiated a little back and forth but it was very easy. James was very honest and upfront the entire time and we were very comfortable dealing with him. He kept us updated on every step and told us what he was doing whenever he had to step away. He checked on our progress while waiting to sign the finance papers and made sure everything went quick and smooth. By far the easiest time I've ever had while buying a car! More

The issue hasn't been repaired yet so it is still pending the solution. Nothing against Leroy, it's just the flow of how the work has to be done. The first car wash was really nice except for there was no detail to the running boards. There was white powdery residue on the running boards, probably from the soap running off from the car wash. Ibam very impressed that the car wash system uses rain water. The collection containers are phenomenal and an awesome site to see. Thanks for being environmentally friendly!! Thank you Leroy. Look forward to doing more business with the service center. Unfortunately, not with the sales or finance area though. More
