Most of the negotiation was done on the internet! At the dealer ship when we arrived to get our car the reciption was great ! Our car was ready to go! We met with the finance manager for all the paperwork! He was great and very knowledgeable! We had our own fianancing at 2.9 but he beat that and got us 2.4! Can't beat that!! Our salesman was great ! He handled all the negotiations and got us what we wanted ! Couldn't have been a better experience! More

Long wait / No carwash I went in for a routine 30K mile service. The service took over two hours and no car wash after service. When I went in I recently had my Toyota Tacoma serviced at Toyota of Rockwall. I have almost 90,000 miles on my pick-up and had never had a tune-up. When I went in for new tires, my service advisor (Kyle Rust) was exceptional. He told me they could do the tune-up at the same time as installation of my new tires. The pick-up was ready when Kyle promised it would be completed. They did what they said they would do and it was done in a professional manner. I would recommend Toyota of Rockwall and Kyle Rust to anyone. More
