Long Time Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived after me but I cant say what they were seen for. Then we I left they didn't put the glove box back together after checking the air filter. I will continue to use Toyota as this is the first bad experience I have had but think it is important to know when something isn't just right.. Keep up the good work, maybe it was just a bad day. I am beyond happy with my new car! I did a lot of research before I went in to buy a car, so I had an idea of what I wanted. Jonathen was extremely helpful and patient and showed me all I did a lot of research before I went in to buy a car, so I had an idea of what I wanted. Jonathen was extremely helpful and patient and showed me all the cars I wanted to see. He suggested a couple of other cars I might also like but when, in the end, I picked one of the two I came in for originally, he didn't hesitate to assist me with that. Gabriel, who helped Jonathen with figuring out payments and whatnot was also extremely helpful but what was more important to me is that he very transparent and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Finally, Brett in financing explained to me my options and he seemed very sincere in his suggestions and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Toyota Rockwall for you next car purchase! More
