Me experience. I have been customer service for over 20 years. Two of the people I worked with in getting this car were amazing!! One not so much. There is a way you treat someone and respect is my number one! Scott and Robert has the upmost respect and honesty that people deserve. Joey was belittling and not upfront and honest with me. My 5 year old son didn't even want to come back to the dealership and have to talk to him. He didn't like the way I was talked too. Neither did my aunt. I asked several questions and I needed to make sure I was making a good decision for my son and I. He acted as if I was stupid for not knowing what platinum was. I felt rushed and really pressured. I would not have purchased a vehicle or rated this location high if it had Not been for Robert. He made sure I was in the best situation for my family. Scott also was very honest nice and let me know everything and made sure I was comfortable. The manager and Robert worked as well as Scott to get me in the vehicle that I would be happy with and the price would work out as well. I will tell family and friends to see Robert and Scott. More

First Time Out of State Buyer - Could not have been better Summary - Robert Castle and Rockwall Toyota provided an upfront, honest and pleasurable long distance used car buying experience that far exceeded my Summary - Robert Castle and Rockwall Toyota provided an upfront, honest and pleasurable long distance used car buying experience that far exceeded my expectations. Robert was pleasant, transparent and patient throughout all of my many questions via text and phone. I could not recommend him and Rockwall Toyota any higher. I will be back. Full Experience - I was in a rush to find a vehicle after my everyday truck finally broke down for good. The greater Dallas market has much more selection than central KS and I was determined to quickly find a used truck in great condition for a fair price. Vetting a truck from distance can be difficult and trusting the dealership to be upfront in the transaction is a leap of faith. After making several phone calls to other dealerships with very mixed results, I called Rockwall early on a Saturday morning to inquire about a truck they had listed on-line. Robert took my call, and was extremely friendly without being pushy. He promptly answered all of my questions, took videos and gave me his honest opinion of the truck. Once we had agreed to terms of a deal he offered to pick me up from the Airport. I flew in that evening, Robert was waiting with the truck and it was exactly as it had been presented. There were zero surprises. He and Scott Smith stayed late and the entire transaction was seamless. The service did not end as I left the door and started driving back to KS - Robert called later that evening to make sure everything was going well and that I had made it back safely. On top of Robert being very knowledgeable and honest, he seems to be a really good guy who was genuinely trying to help me find what I needed, as opposed to just trying to sell me something a collect a check. I hope to do business with Robert and Rockwall again, I recommend them fully. More
