Responsive & No Fuss It's been a while since we had to deal with a dealership, so I was hesitant. But, they really did a great job! We bought a used truck, and dealt with a few people. Michael and Carl were the main two. They followed up well, had the truck clean and ready. The paperwork process was the fastest and leanest I've ever seen. We were in and out in no time! Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. I made a couple trips up to check it out and then for my son to make the decision, as it was going to be his truck. Service, atmosphere, all of it was impressive. We had an appt. with a super sales associate (Carl Miller, Internet Sales Manager, and did not wait at all until he was greeting us. Alan, the sales manager, also greeted and welcomed us. Everyone in the dealership wanted to make us welcome. My wife and I had been shopping online and had picked out two that we wanted to see. Mr. Miller had the cars brought up immediately and told us features on both and answered all questions we had. We made our decision and the car we chose was taken back to make ready. What a nice experience the morning turned out to be. We chose Toyota because our previous automobile was a Toyota. We would use Toyota again and again. The pay department came out and very politely introduced himself and paying for the car was fast and thoroughly explained to Tom and myself, Lynn. We couldn't ask for any place to be nicer. More
