Oil Change and State Inspection I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. The work performed was fine, but in my opinion, it serves absolutely no purpose for me t I made an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. The work performed was fine, but in my opinion, it serves absolutely no purpose for me to call ahead the day before and schedule an appointment, if it still takes just as long as walk ins. I waited nearly 2.5 hours. I could be understanding if I was a walk in, but I wasn't. In my opinion, that is bad customer service. There should be some level of benefit for me giving you the courtesy of calling ahead. More

Fulfilled a promise! When I bought my new Tundra there were 3 deep scratches, small but deep. Brian promised they would do whatever it took to make it perfect. He had Dan take a look and he decided they would repaint my tailgate. I dropped it off and in 2 days I had my beautiful truck back with my perfect tailgate!
