Very happy with the car we got. I then had four hours before my wife's conference would end, so spent the day shopping for a newer used ride. I was there for so long (on either side of lunch) that I actually worked with more than one salesperson, which helped me to understand the automobiles and the decision process from slightly different perspectives. Thank you to enthusiastic Kenny Khzam, who got me started and closed the deal (helping to sell the sensibleness of the sudden purchase to my wife!), and also to Pat Doolan, who took me out for a test drive and was very articulate in explaining the workings and advantages of the Prius. Then the rest of the team (finance/warrantee and insurance) were also helpful and articulate with their advice. Since then our relatives and friends have added their rave reviews to how good the car looks and runs (more than one person commenting that they thought the 2-year-old certified Prius was in fact brand new). Kenny and colleagues helped to turn a very stressful situation into something positive--thank you. More
