I think we went thru 4 trucks and they tried hard to make my budget work on getting a new truck. When all else failed to make my budget work with getting a new truck, Matt and Scott went in detail how a lease system works on getting a new truck. Without they're help and understanding, I would have walked out being disapointed. During the entire process Matt was genuinely sincere and honest to help me get a new truck. Thanks. The experience hasn't changed - it was still as good or even better than last time. Nic helped me and he was so wonderful and knowledgeable! Long story short, I ended up with two vehicles and two payments. I wanted to trade them both for a Hybrid Highlander that I really want. Nic worked with me a few days prior so when I came in, they had pretty much everything set and ready for me. It was a great experience overall! More
