Honest, reliable service I've been going to Broadway Toyota for 14 years. While I didn't buy my Prius V there, I've had it serviced there and have been extremely happy with b I've been going to Broadway Toyota for 14 years. While I didn't buy my Prius V there, I've had it serviced there and have been extremely happy with both price and service. Appointments are on time, the various people in the service department are always helpful and friendly. I recently had an unfortunate incident with a dead rodent in my heating compartment. Horrible, but they dealt with it and got me back up and running and also suggested calling my insurance agent. I found that it was covered less deductible, so that saved me lots of money. I've never had one bit of trouble with being over-charged, in fact I fee I get great value there. Highly recommend them. More

Great communication and overall service . Although I had to take the car back for further service the day after the original service was done, Dennis got me in immediately and gave me a rent . I’ve been with Toyota of Portland for over 20 years. It seems like the title has changed but the service and excellent communication has even gotten better. My only recommendation is that you have secure wifi for customers. I am in healthcare and have access to many patient records so I need a password in order to work on my laptop. More
