Breath of Fresh Air After driving 140 miles and spending two days car shopping in Portland it was a relief and a breath of fresh air to end up at this dealership. We had communicated with Kari Law on the sales staff. She was so positive and helpful that we were willing to visit this dealership which was the last of four dealers we visited in Portland over two days. This was by far the best experience we had and everything was as Kari had described to us. They offered us the best deal in town right upfront with no hassling back and forth. They valued our trade at top dollar just as Kari had said they would. I was shocked after the other experiences we had over the previous two days at the other dealerships. Everybody in every department treated us like family and they all listened to our needs. Kari Law went out of her way to help us even after we purchased the truck. We really felt like we had found a real family experience where you will be treated with respect and your needs will be addressed. Kari Law and her coworkers took the stress out of the difficulty of car buying. Our experience with Portland Toyota suggests that you will be treated like a family member and that both you and your money will be respected. More

Service crew is fast, and free Uber to my work & back I brought my car in without an appointment for a routine service appointment. Intake took maybe 7 minutes, the Uber picked me up 5 minutes after that I brought my car in without an appointment for a routine service appointment. Intake took maybe 7 minutes, the Uber picked me up 5 minutes after that, and I was at my office 5 minutes later. When the car was ready three hours later (two hours faster than promised), the whole process worked perfectly in reverse: Uber from work, pay, and in my car and back to work in maybe 20 minutes total, including drive time. Way to go! More
