I originally came to Toyota of New Bern for service, and after having a conversation with Michael Moore in the waiting room, I knew that if I came back for anything else, I would contact him. Toyota of New Bern was flawless to work with. I had planned on buying in early May, so I visited the dealership in late March to see what model of Tacoma I wanted. After I decided on which model I wanted I just had to wait. In late April I contacted Gray Beasley and told him what I wanted. He was straight forward and didn't mess around. It just so happened that a model very close to what I wanted was on the lot. I made an appointment with him and went back to the dealership on May 2nd. Upon my arrival I was given a very friendly greeting and had some coffee, then Gray came out to speak with me. He and Bob showed me the truck and Bob took me on a test drive. I knew I wanted the truck after driving about 100 yards. After the test drive and the estimate on my trade in, the process was smooth as could be. There was no haggling as the sales price I was given on the truck was way below what I expected to pay. Bob made the whole process fly by and then handed me over to Jason to finish off the paperwork. Jason was very polite and professional, especially in explaining the extended warranty to me. The extended warranty is an awesome value and lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. I had my truck for 14 years and I have never bought a brand new vehicle. I am very happy that I chose Toyota of New Bern to purchase my first brand new truck. I came to get an oil change on my 2011 Camry and just wanted to check out the sport model's prices as I had recently rented one for 2 weeks and loved it. I was curious about the price difference and Michael was SWIFT to take me for a test drive. I told him that he didn't need to sell me because I was already a fan, just make the #s right. He was unable to finish the deal due to an appointment, so Tommy took over and was able to make the #s match with what I was thinking. From start to finish it took 3 hours. I would have liked that to have been a bit shorter, but overall I was pleased with the attention and service. I have owned one used Corolla and now 4 new Camry's. I waiting for my free one. More
