Brought my car to Toyota last week for my annual inspection, routine maintenance, and new tires. TJ Thompson was absolutely fantastic!! He got me in and out in under 1.5 hours, found me the best dea inspection, routine maintenance, and new tires. TJ Thompson was absolutely fantastic!! He got me in and out in under 1.5 hours, found me the best deal for the tires I need. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. This morning I ran over a screw on my way into work.o called TJ and he said to bring it back, they would repair or replace the tire at zero cost to me. I brought it in, and they took me right back. Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever had. I'm a Toyota customer for life!! More

I’m not sure where to start but I had scheduled a appointment 1 week and a few days prior to have my car completely detailed. However, I’m assuming that the person I made the appointment with never w appointment 1 week and a few days prior to have my car completely detailed. However, I’m assuming that the person I made the appointment with never wrote any information down. So when I bought in my car it was given to another random contractor that Toyota has to detail the cars. When the car was bought out from being “detailed“ the person who done it completely ignored the back seats and left them dirty along with the cloth door panel. The guy said he was going to fix it and took the car back. 30 mins later the seats were cleaned but the panel was once again completely ignored. I asked the guy who “detailed” the car if he had cleaned the door panel and pointed to the area that is dirty. He took his neon microfiber towel and wiped of the cloth. Which did absolutely nothing but assured that it was cleaned & needed to dry. Upon arriving back home you can clearly see that it’s dirty. So I called the Toyota dealership and spoke to Ms. Tony in the service department. This is when she informed me that my appointment was never written down & basically they did me a favor detailing the car without a appointment. Even though i called and booked a appointment with Mr. Kevin over a week in advance. So I told Ms. Tony what had happened and she informed me that in a complete detailing service the seats are not shampooed they are just wiped. I thought that was very alarming. A “Complete Detail“ when I talked to Mr. Kevin on the phone included shampoo For the price of $125. I told Ms. Tony about the half job and I told her that I can send you pictures if you don’t believe me and she proceed to say that she was sorry and their was nothing else she can do with a click. I am not sure what kind of shady stuff they have going on at Toyota but Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE DETAILED THERE. They strongly lack customer service & professionalism. They WILL NOT get any more of my money. I wish I would have known that this was going to happen I would of taken my business elsewhere. More
I tried to buy a new Toyota pick up from New Bern Toyota, I was told by the sales manager that the only way I could get the $ 500.00 military discount that they advertise was that I had to finance the pick I was told by the sales manager that the only way I could get the $ 500.00 military discount that they advertise was that I had to finance the pick up thru them. What kinda crap is that, I spent 20 years in. And if I don’t have a trade in or finance thru them that the MSRP price was all they would sell me the pick up for. I saved $ 3000.00 going to Hendricks in Jacksonville. The salesman that was helping me said the dealership had lost 14 sales that month for not matching other dealerships prices. You folks out there...........shop around before buying More
Jimmy Lee was an awesome salesperson to work with! He took extra special care to help us find a car that my Pops could get in and out of easily. He was so patient with us, helping us test-drive five cars took extra special care to help us find a car that my Pops could get in and out of easily. He was so patient with us, helping us test-drive five cars to find the right one. Then when we made a selection and he took the car to get detailed, they were backlogged, so he detailed the car himself! What a great guy who really cared for our needs. I would definitely go back and see Jimmy Lee again for my next car. There were several other people that helped us also, and they were all just great, friendly, helpful folks. We love the car and really think we got a good value, especially since they include lifetime scheduled maintenance! this was a big purchase for us and they made us totally comfortable and confident in our decision. More

Terrible experience here. Recieved multiple emails about getting 120% KBB trade-in value. Called ahead of time to confirm this is what was actually meant. Value for trade-in was more than $14k, they offered getting 120% KBB trade-in value. Called ahead of time to confirm this is what was actually meant. Value for trade-in was more than $14k, they offered a little over $7k. Lies and a waste of time. They will never get any business from me and I will discourage anyone from buying here. More
Finance staff was pushy and condescending. Sales told me the car had Apple CarPlay when it did not. Typical "what can I do to get you to buy this car today" type speeches. So many things were omitted during the very rushed sales process. After the dust settled and was at home with a minute to think, I realized I had been taken advantage of. Some might say it was my mistake for going there as a female alone, but what does it say about the dealership to treat people like that? I had great experiences at Ford and Subaru dealerships. These Toyota staff were bullies. I will never purchase from here again. After sharing my experience with friends and family, I have found that they had similar pushy or deceitful experiences as well. There are plenty of places to buy a car in this area. No need to go to this one. More
