Came in for the first service on my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, plus adding tire locks. Service provided by Erik, who did an outstanding job: performed the required servicing and new tire locks promptly and actual plus adding tire locks. I have to say Corporate Toyota has been remiss in promising but not getting me a second smart keyfob, but this has nothing to do with Toyota Morristown, where everyone has been great from the sales process through servicing. We also flip flopped on our decision, and he was there helping us as every step. I know we were not easy customers, and his honesty and patience will not be forgotten. They advertised a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid online, so I went up to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager spent 30 minutes saying over and over again "How could this happen?" She became totally flustered. I couldn't have cared less. The big thing was I brought my own financing approval with me. The managers who play your friend in the beginning all of a sudden are saying "You can't do that!!, or "We don't deal with credit unions!' or "We will only take a personal check from you or our financing!", which none is true. Their rate was absurd! I signed up with their rate, and I will refinance before the 1st payment is due. They make money on their financing, and they count on that. They have slick gadgets in the finance department to impress you, and try to distract you while you sign. CHECK EVERYTHING WITH THIS AGENCY!! More
