Purchased my scion FRS from this dealership. I came in towards the close of the business day. Josh was not reluctant at all to offer me a test drive in the FRS (which at the time was still the very first towards the close of the business day. Josh was not reluctant at all to offer me a test drive in the FRS (which at the time was still the very first days the car was released) Appreciate the no hassle and willingness to help me test drive the car. After I made the decision to make the purchase, they went and promptly got the used managers to look over my trade in and Josh took the initiative to find out a monthly quote at my trade in price and began listing some of my options in regards to payment. After i told him my situation and the amount I wanted to deposit and the terms I wanted to try to match, he promptly came back with a revised quote. (I dont say quick, because i expect a certain process that i need to wait for) I was directed to Kevin to do some initial paperwork which he seemed genuinely interested in helping me and making conversation. He seemed like he had a certain passion for cars and was pleasing to communicate with. This always makes the experience better. More so since the time was passing 10pm. I was sent to the waiting area and was checked up on periodically for any refreshments and anything else. Giving a lengthy wait time (no more than other dealerships i have dealt with) the periodic check in is welcomed to help not feel like one long waiting game. Kevin again was there to help start convo and take additional information as well as switch my plates. Then came the financials whom i dealt with Rashid. He had a great energy. Most salesman do, but he didn't seem to try to breathe down my neck about things. Personally I never had a GREAT time when it came down to working these deals out. There is always an understandable amount of being offered things you might not want and sudden "deals" that arise. What I can say about Rashid is that he certainly tried to keep the pace of the paperwork moving (might be because it was late at night, but we both didn't want to stay there, inching closer to 11:30) And answered all the questions I had. I understand they are also there to make money, so generally your paying a higher price when you get things at a dealership, that shouldn't be a surprise. At the very least, I was given better deals to similar installed items on my previous car. At the very least this made me feel like i got a better deal than i would have, and doing my own research before hand, i am happy to pay what i did. Cant say i got better or worse deals than other times, but I am no expert. And have little experience with these car financial dealings to make a good statement. For me i think the most important part was that i was treated well given the late night, and communication was very clear, which is far better than other places. I recommend them, and have continued to keep in contact with Josh and Kevin, and can say that they are genuinely good people working with. And all of them really made this purchase smoother than anticipated. More
My experience at Toyota of Manhattan was perfect from the moment I entered the dealership. I had spoken to the salesman, Theo Ripoli by phone before I arrived and he knew my interests and that my time was limited. He made the vehicle available for a test drive and explained not only all the features of the truck, but also gave me an overview of the dealership and the thorough procedures the vehicle has gone through. I was quite confident that purchasing this FJ Cruiser would be the best choice for my son's first vehicle. When it came time to do business, Theo was most professional and we were able to strike a deal very quickly. Delivery was the next day. All paperwork was handled completely and professionally and aftersell was done with very complete explanations. All things considered, this purchase was a very pleasant experience with honest and caring individuals. I would recommend this dealership to any friend. I am currently considering another purchase from them myself. More

I can say that I had a very good experience with Toyota of Manhattan, the people there are friendly and very cooperative. They took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand and even of Manhattan, the people there are friendly and very cooperative.
