Fred was rude and unwilling to help me get the car I was looking for at the price I needed to pay. I find it interesting that he said he was unable to go any lower on the monthly price on the exact car I ended up with when Kevin Primus was able to find me the deal I needed in order to lease the car. Hurricane Sandy hit and everyone in Hoboken loss their cars. As soon as the power was restored Kevin and his team started taking care of us. Once inside Kevin had the cars I wanted to look at detailed and ready to show me. This particular Saturday was crazy, thousands of people had lost their cars and needed to replace them and it seemed like we all choose that Saturday to do so. Joseph and Angelo took great care of me, even running down the street to get me a cappuccino, while I waited. I live in New Jersey and choose to drive into Manhattan, even though there is another Toyota dealership 4 miles from me in Jersey City, due to the custom care I have received over the years. After Hurricane Sandy destroyed my car, I was very worried that the car insurance would not give me enough money so that I could pay off the car loan and then buy a new car. He showed me how to operate the navigation system as well as all the other new improvements in the Camry.
