Worst customer after sale experience ever I purchase a used car at this dealership, had the worst experience and was of time ever, they were not able to get my registration and plate within th I purchase a used car at this dealership, had the worst experience and was of time ever, they were not able to get my registration and plate within the transit time, still don't have them 6 weeks after. They also promessed to change parts on the car, they did not call back for give me an appointment yet! I have been calling them about 30 time in the last 3 weeks, they never called back when I left a message, because you have to leave a message they are almost never available. Then I had to drive over there! Wasted my time again! No solution, but they are sorry, that easy to say I bought this car and cannot drive it , what a waste of money More

Service Center Extremely disappointed and will never come back to any Toyota dealership. I really wanted to believe the work was going to be good after the mechanic Extremely disappointed and will never come back to any Toyota dealership. I really wanted to believe the work was going to be good after the mechanic personally went through all the repairs with me, which amounted to around $1100. However both the mechanic and the repairs salesman claimed the mechanic had tried to fix the key fob but that it wouldn't be able to be programmed and I needed to come back to test and probably replace the fob receiver (+$350 - $500 parts with labor). I had to leave so I instead took it to a local repair shop the next day and they programmed it in front of me in less than 5 minutes. This means the mechanic knew and lied to my face in order to get me to buy another costly part and/or get another 1-2 hours of labor OR they never tried to fix it and charged me anyways for "testing" it. Either way this called into question ALL of the work that was done to my car, whether honest or not. Terrible way to do business and I will be filing a complaint and disputing the charge. At this point there is no way to tell if the dealership did any or all the work they claimed to. All because they lied about one service they could have done in 5 minutes. It's truly a shame. A little dishonesty causes everything to fall apart. More
