Nice dealership with prompt service right when I pulled up to the Toyota care service lane for my appointment. I came early about 20 minutes and was taken care of. The problem lacks I'd imagine with communication as I told my service advisor I just put on tires and didn't need them rotated however they were still rotated. Then I went to the waiting room which was clean and enjoyable. What was not enjoyable was the 2 1/2 hour wait for a basic oil change and rotate. Even with me showing up early. All in all I would not come here unless I could make it a whole day thing based on time and distance from my location. More
It started with a phone call where I was told I had two Corolla crosses with different VIN numbers. That I could not make an appointment, because if I brought in the wrong car, they would cancel my appoint Corolla crosses with different VIN numbers. I have only one Corolla Cross I called back in a few days and finally got to make an appointment. While my car was getting an oil change, I walked around and even had to find people to ask questions about the new Tacoma’s. I also asked about a new floor mat for my Corolla cross. I obviously interpreted a person conversation between the man and woman sales people. He seemed annoyed I asked the question and just continued his conversation with her. I went to the hot water dispenser and there was only cold water. Terrible customer service all around. That’s until you get to Annie. I told her everything that was going on and she looked up the information on the Tacoma, told me to check on line for replacement formats and she offered to get me hot water. Annie would be the only reason I would come back to that dealership. More

My service has always been satisfactory for this location. The only problem I experienced in the past was when I came in for my oil change maintenance they forgot to rotate my tires.
