I've taken my car in for each recommended toyotacare service, but this last time for the 20k service, the tech said something about how when I brought my car in for my 15k maintenance, they instead did service, but this last time for the 20k service, the tech said something about how when I brought my car in for my 15k maintenance, they instead did my 10k without asking me because "I don't drive it a lot." Which is untrue, as I drive every day to and from work and regularly drive an hour+ to Los Angeles & the surrounding areas. The toyotacare techs said my tires needed to be replaced, and once I took my car to a tire shop for a second opinion, they said due to the tread & wear on my tires, they believe the toyotacare techs didn't rotate my tires at all, as they were supposed to & said they would. So since they likely didn't rotate my tires I'm wondering if they've done any of the toyotacare maintenance they were supposed to when I've brought my car in, and I have to double-check everything. Did they really change my oil? Did they really change my engine air filter that I specifically asked and paid for them to do? Did they really rotate my tires? More

Improper follow-thru on basic services rendered. Did not fill window-washer fluid on the 40,000 mile service, & did not R/R Wiper Blades per my specific instructions. This was a $100 plus visit.
