Lacks Attention to Details Scheduled an appointment for the 25K service plus issues with my TPMS that kept giving me indications of low tire pressure only to disappear some time Scheduled an appointment for the 25K service plus issues with my TPMS that kept giving me indications of low tire pressure only to disappear some time later and after tire pressures were checked and were normal. Once service was done, there was no explanation of the work done. I had to ask the cashier to have the service rep explain to me what was done. Come to find out, they didn't look at the issues with the TPMS. They said all tires were low on air and they added air. Once I advised them that when I checked in the vehicle that there was no TPMS alert indicator, he realized the issue with the TPMS. He asked me to schedule a subsequent appointment to look at the TPMS. More
Great customer service and great car service I started coming to Toyota Lancaster since I got my second vehicle which has become my every day commuter, they've done a great job with the scheduled I started coming to Toyota Lancaster since I got my second vehicle which has become my every day commuter, they've done a great job with the scheduled services they've performed on the car. My last visit was the best so far with service rep Alex Guzy. I was on a tight schedule and the card needed it's 100K full scheduled service done, he worked with me on what I wanted to get done, suggested other things that could be taken care of while the car was in and talked to me about a future repair that wasn't crucial, I would have taken care of it then, but I had to be on the road later that day. Alex worked with the Toyota mechanic (I'm sorry I didn't ask for his name to thank him) and all the needed maintenance was done 15 minutes ahead of schedule. When I drove off the dealership my car was purring and running great. Worth every penny to get all the maintenance done with Toyota Lancaster and glad I had Alex Guzy to help me set it all up, I suggest to call him up if you are thinking of going to Toyota Lancaster. Overall I'm very happy with the customer service and the work they've done on my car, I recommend them. More
