Wait time :( I was forced to wait 40 mins in line to drop off my car even though I had an appointment. I was at Toyota to get my car an oil change and she treated me like was was dealing with a major Service Manager Chanin was her usual friendly self. She takes every request like it was a major event and that makes me feel like she really cares. I also like that she schedules you so that the wait time is never too long. She also took my immediate request and replaced my windshield wipers. I always recommend Chanin to my friends. More
