Hi JEMIMAB, When a vehicle is here for a recall, it can be a process. A vehicles' VIN is needed to be verified at the time parts are ordered. We are swamped every day and are working diligently to process all our guests as expeditiously as possible. What a year 2020 has been a year so far! Hi EJUAREZ35, We understand the responsibility of what we do, and we also appreciate the feedback regarding your recent service appointment. When your vehicle was here for service at the beginning of August, we tested your CCA (Cold Cranking Amperes). We noted your battery in the green (good) column of your Multi-Point Inspection. It has to measure 710 CCA per Toyota Factory Standards. We measured your battery at 829 CCA, which exceeds Toyota Factory guidelines for being in the green, or "good" column on your MPI Report.
