I have had both of my car and truck serviced here at this dealership and have been satisfied with the work that has been done except the last time. While rotating the tires the wheel lock key was messed up, dealership and have been satisfied with the work that has been done except the last time. While rotating the tires the wheel lock key was messed up, I was told they would send me a new one since I lived out of town. My service was done 8/21/20 to this day 9/15/20 I still have not received it and have talked to a couple people regarding this issue. More

I mostly get my Camry serviced at Toyota of Lancaster. The service is almost always prompt. Even when I wait on my car, I get it back in time to still go to work. I just had to replace my battery. The service advisor told me that it was still good or in the green. I was stranded and had to get my car jumpstarted multiple times to get home. I believe that the techn told me that it was still good or in the green. I was stranded and had to get my car jumpstarted multiple times to get home. I believe that the technicians are just checking off on checklist without actually doing the work. This is the second time that something like this happened. I rely on the Toyota dealership to be honest and to perform their job at an acceptable level. I should not have to go back and check everything to make sure that the job was performed properly. I do not recall which employees helped me, so I marked a random one, but if this is going on then everyone is responsible including managers. More
