Takes 2 weeks to schedule an simple oil change. If you do not have an appointment, the dealer will not take and send you home. Prices are high. I typically love Toyota. I have been aLoyal customer for I typically love Toyota. I have been a Loyal customer for 12 years. This last experience was absolutely horrible. My right back bumper/tail light wa I typically love Toyota. I have been a Loyal customer for 12 years. This last experience was absolutely horrible. My right back bumper/tail light was scratched and cracked. The service rep was kind, but the general manager was incredibly rude. He didn’t introduce himself, and refused to pay for all the damages. I had to come out of pocket for the paint job, and they replaced the tail light. I had to come back 3 different times, and had to take leave from work to accommodate. I was not offered a rental, and had to wait approximately 6 hours twice. Additionally, I had to pay cash for the paint job because the technician didn’t accept card. This was completely unprofessional, and very disappointing. I expect my car to come back to me in better condition then it was. This has never happened, and to be overlooked and only half helped was horrible. I do not plan on coming back to Lancaster and will be making the drive to the Valley for service. Mike really did try to help, but the general manager was horrible. If this is the representation of leadership for Toyota then this is not where I want to continue with my service. More
