Hi IMMER1983, Unfortunately, due to the local health orders regarding COVID-19, we are temporarily not able to utilize our service shuttles. Hi MAUROBANUELOS, It appears you and UB have been playing phone tag. Please contact me directly at 661-952-2103 M-F if you are having a difficult time getting through to UB. Per Toyota protocol, a Toyota trained technician has to verify the noise before a correction can be performed. This can be frustrating for our customers, especially if the noise is intermittent. However, we can't guess, nor can we take the vehicle apart without knowing the concern. Please contact Teresa Caso at the above number for additional help.
