It's a nice place. Clean and up to date. Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They Did my 20k mile maintenance But not fix the odd electrical noise And had to waste my time trying to reschedule another day to have it addressed another day, as the day grew closer to being it in so electrical noise And had to waste my time trying to reschedule another day to have it addressed another day, as the day grew closer to being it in something important came up with me last minute and had to push back the day I come to bring it in twice after that was handled I tried several attempts texting U.B to set up another day and seems like he’s ignoring my texts which I don’t understand because he told me to call or text him to schedule them through him. I am pretty disappointed in how things are being handled with my vehicle I scheduled the 20k mile dance maintenance and let you guys know ahead of time I was experiencing this electrical noise so it can be taken care of same day and was told no problem just to come back hours later and be told 1.they couldn’t replicate the obvious noise And when I went in a test drive to show them they said it was very faint when to me it’s a night and day difference 2. Had to schedule a different day to wait on a part they ordered 3. Life happened and I had to unfortunately push back the date via U.B through text and was not receiving a response back At this point I am upset because I planned to get this all done same day and seems like they did my maintenance Service and didn’t put much effort in solving my noise problem until the berry last minute when they were about to close and in attempting to reschedule I was eventually ignored, I am a busy person with a lot of things on my plate at the moment and I am just trying to get this issue fixed and it is hard for me to make time for it so when I do i need team members to take it seriously More
