My service advisor was great but unfortunately it takes 6 hrs to get an oil change everytime I go even with an appointment, their system is also set up where they can’t see your extended warranty and you hav hrs to get an oil change everytime I go even with an appointment, their system is also set up where they can’t see your extended warranty and you have to tell them and then they have to go to financing to be able to see it. If someone isn’t aware of what they’ve purchased the manager will just tell you your warranty is up no matter how many times you tell them its not leaving the customer unable to receive services that are already paid for. They offer generally quick service w/o an appointment. Staff is always friendly and breaks things down. The waiting area is great, my only issue is that the cafe sucks. I have purchased a car with Toyota warranty my car has a problem I took my car for a service repair left it there for more than a week one day I decide to stop by and ask about my car , looks like no bidy n problem I took my car for a service repair left it there for more than a week one day I decide to stop by and ask about my car , looks like no bidy new about it till I spoke with the service manager, the part that I need for my car they don’t have it on stock but no body had the time to called me back and explain about it till I decided to go and ask , is been almost Two months and I have to go and ask if they have received my part and so far they haven’t received the part , I can’t believe that a huge company like Toyota can not get one part in order to do finish the work and reach their goal of good service, to me is like a careless not contacting a costumer that is waiting to finalize the repair.
