I am only giving a 2 because I never spoke with or saw a service writer. The cashier had to track down my keys when no one even info me my car was ready! Not to mention I needed additional thing’s done to m service writer. The cashier had to track down my keys when no one even info me my car was ready! Not to mention I needed additional thing’s done to my car ie filter changes but had no idea until I saw my pap as I was leaving! I have been bringing my car for years and the customer service has gone down. More
