I was not introduced to the person who was responsible for the paperwork. I had to ask 3 times who the gentleman was. I was finally given my keys and was made to find my car in the lot over in C-13. I made a appointment for our first 5000 mile service on our viechle and I told them when making the appointment I wanted them to check the moon roof for noise and a couple other things when I show up 2 day our viechle and I told them when making the appointment I wanted them to check the moon roof for noise and a couple other things when I show up 2 days later to the appointment I tell them I'm there for the service and to check the moon roof and the guy said that it's to late in the day to check it when I clearly told the lady on the phone to check it so they just did the tire rotation after reading what they did it included checking the floor mats to make sure they where secured but after checking they where not I am very disappointed with the way they scheduled the appointment and how they clearly did not do what it said they did on the report More
Mike my service rep had great communication with me throughout the diagnostic and repair process. I really appreciated how easy it was to get a hold of him and how thorough he was with making sure all throughout the diagnostic and repair process. I really appreciated how easy it was to get a hold of him and how thorough he was with making sure all the issues I brought up with him were being looked at and addressed and how he was willing to take pics and videos of all the repairs being recommended. I really felt like he cared about me individually. There’s a few more things I want to get worked on and am planning on working through him in the future! More
We went to Toyota for our SRS system failure message. We were informed that to diagnose it cost $200. Then said they weren’t sure what sensor it was and wanted an additional $840 to take the dash apart We were informed that to diagnose it cost $200.
