I've never been to a dealership where we have to retrieve our own vehicles after service. Not only did I have to retrieve my vehicle but I had to search for it as the rep only potied and handed me my keys. More

I completely agree and there should be a better process when handed your keys and we are working to improve this concern you have. Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer complimentary carwash and haven't for several years but next time let the advisor know and I'm sure we can run the car through the wash for you
