Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. Unfortunately, at this moment our wait time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours without an appointment. Also, when changing a tire we work with outside insurance companies which can slow down the process when waiting for an approval. However, we are looking into ways to improve the wait time our customers experience.
