They have wonderful customer service. Gregory in the service department was great. They did the service I went there for. And didn't try to have a list of things that need to be repaired Gregory in the service department was great. They did the service I went there for. And didn't try to have a list of things that need to be repaired right away. They only recommended one thing, and that was to my cabin filter, and I already had a feeling that it would be needed. There prices where comparable to any other auto service someplace else. I feel more confident when I take my car to the dealership due to getting Toyota parts, not an off brand. More

Communication was zero after being told off the importance of being informed of situation so I could plan accordingly. Was tills about 15min turned into more than an hour and a half making me miss importance of being informed of situation so I could plan accordingly. Was tills about 15min turned into more than an hour and a half making me miss the chance to schedule a ride in time for my nieces bday. Missed it. Still waiting to hear from my service person (won’t name names out of kindness) to inform me of parts coming in to finish repair. It’s been about a month. More
