A Relief After experiencing all types of aggressive and seemingly judgmental interactions from other dealerships while trying to research and understand my opt After experiencing all types of aggressive and seemingly judgmental interactions from other dealerships while trying to research and understand my options, I finally figured out the right vehicle for me. Having expanded my search radius, I found several, better options as far as the LA area, which is a good 4 hr drive from where I am. I made a list of a few options, starting with what seemed like the best option at Toyota of Lancaster. Ironically, once we arrived at Toyota of Lancaster, saw the vehicle, and experienced the team, it was done! The first stop on our LA tour became the right one, the best one, and the only one. We spent the rest of the day finalizing the transaction and still had enough time to drive all the way home! Consequently, I have been so grateful and happy with my new, little "bug". I love my new car and feel so relieved in satisfactorily completing what has been a very long process of researching and finding the right car for me...! More

I first went in for a oil change. I told the girl what I wanted a oil change and a key replacement. I waited literally all day then they call me saying it’s ready. I go and said oh how was the car ?? Then reseted my oil sensor . Okay so I go again ! Horrible ! My first oil change and they say there is crack in my engine !! I just bought the car less then 5 months ago ! Looking for a attorney!!! I have bought many cars from here ! Never again ! They sold me a piece of xxxx and the service horrible !!!! The female tried arguing it’s my fault there was crack In the engine ! When there people reset my oil light instead of doing there job !!! Then sold me a piece xxxx that now there saying no warranty !! How could let a car off your lot with a engine crack !!!! More
