It started with a phone call where I was told I had two Corolla crosses with different VIN numbers. That I could not make an appointment, because if I brought in the wrong car, they would cancel my appoint Corolla crosses with different VIN numbers. I have only one Corolla Cross I called back in a few days and finally got to make an appointment. While my car was getting an oil change, I walked around and even had to find people to ask questions about the new Tacoma’s. I also asked about a new floor mat for my Corolla cross. I obviously interpreted a person conversation between the man and woman sales people. He seemed annoyed I asked the question and just continued his conversation with her. I went to the hot water dispenser and there was only cold water. Terrible customer service all around. That’s until you get to Annie. I told her everything that was going on and she looked up the information on the Tacoma, told me to check on line for replacement formats and she offered to get me hot water. Annie would be the only reason I would come back to that dealership. More
I come from a car manufacturer that is very hands on and involved in the entire customer experieence, from the moment the customer arrives to after the client has taken ownership. Nico was by far the bes involved in the entire customer experieence, from the moment the customer arrives to after the client has taken ownership. Nico was by far the best representative I worked with across numerous dealerships in EARNING my business. Communicative, worked hard to get me into my vehicle, supportive, even came in on his off day. I DO wish there was a bit better post-delivery support. I had a basic question for him after driving off, and never received a response. This is a stark contrast from how my organization does things, we are expected to always follow up with customer correspondence, questions, but perhaps I need to adjust my expectations to how dealerships may do their business. Overall, a positive experience, and happy to have purchased from Toyota of Lancaster, and I'd (with those expectations adjusted), happily work with Nico again. More
