Be careful when buying from this dealer. I went in wanted to purchase a Toyota Avalon, and worked out a fair deal with my salesman's finance manager. Lots of things needed to be signed...whi I went in wanted to purchase a Toyota Avalon, and worked out a fair deal with my salesman's finance manager. Lots of things needed to be signed...which I did. Then I was asked to sign the financial paperwork, which I checked very closely (my money is important to me). The paperwork did NOT match the deal we'd worked out. It was several THOUSAND dollars more than it should have been. I left, and will never purchase a car from them. More

Been going here since I found them at the old building. Everyone hates going to dealerships for service. This one however, could change your view. Always helpful, always get you what you need. Sure there are times you go in for an oil change, and things are found. Even then they will take you down to the shop to see it for your self, just ask. Atmosphere is excellent, even if you just want to hang out and wait. Even their call center is top notch. More
Switch from Kirkland to Michaels Bellevue I was a long time customer in Kirkland. My wonderful Service Advisor was fired...due to a small issue I understand. Since that time, I have been given I was a long time customer in Kirkland. My wonderful Service Advisor was fired...due to a small issue I understand. Since that time, I have been given different Service Advisor's each time. All seemed to be new and not experienced at all. I completely lost faith and trust in this dealership and I switched to Michaels of Bellevue and have been very satisfied. I understand the Service Advisor got hired at the Everett Toyota...however, that is too far for me to travel for Service Appointments. More
