This rating is for services, that's where my experience happened. Service employee comes to me when I drove my can in for services (2016 Camry Hybrid has 35K miles) - I told him I am hearing clunk noises happened. Service employee comes to me when I drove my can in for services (2016 Camry Hybrid has 35K miles) - I told him I am hearing clunk noises when I turn or move or stop so other mechanics couldn't figure the reason behind this. He started honestly (I knew then he is trying to brush me off), if other's didn't figure it out, it will be hard for us to figure it out too. If you want you can leave the car for a while and might has to stay overnight. I asked him if the dealer can't figure it out, who would!? any way, the car should have some kind of warranty still on the car. He said maybe, but the diagnoses will cost you $157.00, I said if you figure out what's wrong with the car no problem, I will pay. He said no you will pay either way because it is our employee time. I said other didn't charge me because they couldn't figure it out, he said we are different. I said OK, can you guys give me a ride to my house, he said no we don't give rides anymore (In their recorded message it is clearly says they will drop you off and pick you up in their shuttle). So I said ok, I don't have anyone to give me a ride, so I will wait here, any idea how long would that be? he said I don't know you know covid-19 no one knows anything anymore. I was shocked how he was treating me and the way he was talking, it was very clear he doesn't want to help me or want my services. I honestly will never go there ever again. Go Magic Toyota or Bellevue or Seattle, never Kirkland Toyota again. More
Sales guy was fine, but when turned over to sales manager (and after emphasizing that I was there because they were owned by O'Brien and had great experience with that company in the past) I got the standard (and after emphasizing that I was there because they were owned by O'Brien and had great experience with that company in the past) I got the standard BS sales experience and he wouldn't even give me a quote of what they could do without me telling him what the MSRP was on the car- why would he ask me that?! Still don't understand his sales tactic- It's their car. The BS line continued and I left. Sorry Sales guy, you did your job. . More
First of all I’m a loyal customer all my family members have Toyotas. All of my service needs have always been at the Toyota Kirkland dealership. This issue I have. Started sometime last year with Toyota o have Toyotas. All of my service needs have always been at the Toyota Kirkland dealership. This issue I have. Started sometime last year with Toyota of Kirkland. Took my car in for regular maintenance and they found that one of the Lug-nut screws on my tires was missing. So I had one installed, no big deal. Around two months ago driving on the freeway with my son and daughter I noticed my car started rattling. So I took it to Toyota of Kirkland and had them do an inspection. They told me that the Lugnuts was loose on my tires. On 10/02/2020 I went to get an oil change/Full service and noticed the same type of issues that I had in the past while driving on the freeway- my car was rattling. Now this has become a trend on how the dealership is servicing my car. This is too much of a risk and a big hassle. All my time spent bringing my car back to get fixed and the amount of worry and stress that I had to deal with. I spoke to the service manager. He stated that the service department was at fault. The issue that I have is that this has been the THIRD time that this happened to me. I can no longer trust the Toyota Kirkland dealership Service department to Service my car. Now I am at a dilemma, should I trust Toyota as a whole to continue to service my car needs? Toyota of Kirkland have put my family’s life in danger not to mention my own. It occurred on: 2/10/2020 This meant that I can no longer trust Toyota name brand. More

I was looking for a FWD vehicle and having probably the options of a Corolla vs Camry, Mr Galo Martinez, let me drive and test both. Gave me recommendations about the models and made the whole experience a good and smooth one. Very respectful, gave me time to decide what i wanted and provided me a good deal. Very happy with the experience. I have been a Toyota loyal customer for many years and this specific dealer at Kirkland is one of the best on both sales and service. Thank you Mr. Galo Martinez More

Missed deadlines, lies, and theft. Avoid at all costs. The horrible experience I had with the Toyota of Kirkland service department. After the way I was treated, I would urge everyone to avoid this dealers The horrible experience I had with the Toyota of Kirkland service department. After the way I was treated, I would urge everyone to avoid this dealership and even Toyota in general. I originally brought my 2018 Tacoma in for the 5k service, which I was told would be; checking and rotating tires, and checking fluids. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait because of how busy they were. When I pointed out a leak in my rear differential, I was asked how I noticed, I replied that I was checking forums about possible issues with that particular model. The service advisor told me not to research potential issues because it gets people questioning issues that don't exist, even after I pointed out the leak. I made an appointment for June 17th to drop off my truck and get a loaner vehicle. June 17th I met with Grant Noftle to drop off my truck for the 5k service, and the leaking differential. I also ask about the recall on the millimeter wave sensor, which I had never gotten notice for (thanks forums), and a chemical residue drip from the factory on my windshield. I was given my loaner car and told it would be a couple days. June 19th, I received a call from Grant saying the 5k service and recall had been done, and he'd spoken with the regional service manager to get confirmation on the differential and windshield. He said everything was covered and it would be done in a couple days. There's 4300 miles on the vehicle and well within the bumper to bumper warranty. June 22nd, I received a call saying it was done but I wasn't able to pick it up before the dealership closed. June 23rd, I came to the dealer and was told I couldn't pick up my vehicle because the service department was closed, and no one had access to the keys. June 24th, I came back, Grant told me the vehicle wasn't finished and he didn't know why someone would have called. He then told me he hadn't even contacted the regional sales manager about the windshield. When I expressed my displeasure with the situation, he offered a free car wash, which was kind of a slap in the face. Later that day I received a call from Grant stating, he had fought to get my factory defective windshield replaced and it would be ready for pickup June 28th. June 29th at 4pm, I received a call from Grant that my vehicle was finally ready for pickup, but he wouldn't be there and to deal with another service advisor. At 4:15pm I walk in and see Grant walking right towards me, after his eyes widen because he's been caught in another lie, he proceeded to put on sunglasses (indoors) and walk past looking out the window, to avoid acknowledging me. I finish my paperwork with the original advisor, that had told me not to look for potential issues with my vehicle. My truck is brought to the front as dirty as the day I dropped it off, and I pulled out of the lot finally done with this horrible experience. Then I noticed my cupholder that was half full of change was nearly empty(not sure if there's a vending machine). I don't care if it was a couple dollars or thousands, being stolen from at your dealer, put this experience over the top. After being lied to multiple times about the status of my vehicle and a couple days turning into 2 weeks, multiple wasted trips, cancelling plans because a carolla hatchback loaner doesn't fit my needs, being talked down to about my automotive knowledge, a service advisor trying to use a disguise to avoid me noticing him, and being stolen from, I tried taking it up with Toyota corporate. I exchanged several emails telling me I would be contacted by Kim Jaffe, the customer relations manager or another member of the management team. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership and corporate has been zero help at all. More
These guys honor their reputation and make things right I keep coming back here because their service department is simply better than the other ones within a reasonable distance from me. The service manage I keep coming back here because their service department is simply better than the other ones within a reasonable distance from me. The service manager, Sean Mackin, took care of a previous bad experience and left me feeling very satisfied with the outcome. My hat's off to Sean and the staff at Toyota of Kirkland for stepping up and doing the right thing. More
