Top notch dealership Toyota of Hopkinsville has always shown us that they care and try to accommodate the customer. Bought three vehicles from them and always easy to deal Toyota of Hopkinsville has always shown us that they care and try to accommodate the customer. Bought three vehicles from them and always easy to deal with. Service is good and prompt. They seem to make sure you are satisfied and your needs are met. We live an hour away and have a dealership closer but Toyota of Hopkinsville treats us better and has a better run dealership. It is worth the extra miles knowing we will be taken care of and satisfied. Usually easy to make an appointment. More

Great Service and Team Work I enjoyed the sales professional, Dustin Lester. I wasn't sure of the kind of car I wanted to purchase. We drove a Sienna, a Highlander SE and a Run I enjoyed the sales professional, Dustin Lester. I wasn't sure of the kind of car I wanted to purchase. We drove a Sienna, a Highlander SE and a Runner. I finally settled on the Highlander. I so appreciate the time he spent with me. It was almost an all day affair. The management team was great and very personable and friendly. They took the time to sit and talk with me. I had to return to the dealership and few minutes after I left. I am not a great computer person and the new car with all of its features was confusing. Even though Dustin took a good deal of time to explain, it is mind boggling on all the new features. Several of the other sales people came to my rescue and spend another 30 minutes to assist me. (Dustin had left to get some lunch). Great dealership! Great professionalism! Great people! More
