It took over two and a half hours to get our car maintenanced despite having an appointment. We got excuses about short staffing, people needing more care before us, etc. We were told we were next b maintenanced despite having an appointment. Then we were told that they “forgot” to sign the papers that we were waiting despite being the only people in the waiting area aside from one woman who came in after us. We are never going back, not even to buy a car. Ridiculous and extremely rude. More

Took 2015 Tacoma in with check engine light on. They said it would need new wiring harnesses 1500$ because of wires being ate by animal. I asked how many wires they said 2. I asked if the wires could b said it would need new wiring harnesses 1500$ because of wires being ate by animal. I asked how many wires they said 2. I asked if the wires could be spliced they said no couldn’t be done I said ok I’ll fix it myself. Couple hours later they called back and said they got more experienced mechanic involved and it could be spliced for 500$ I said no thanks I’d fix it myself. They said it would require an new connector. I asked how much they said 30 $ for connector. I said ok I’d pay for it and fix it myself. Turns out they didn’t have connector anyway. But it didn’t need one. It was broke 4 inches from connector. I wonder how many people and insurance companies they take advantage of every day. O and it was a 5 minute fix for anyone. More
