My overall experience was good. I had received an email coupon for a discount for service work. The service guy who helped me on Saturday was friendly, however, on many occasions I have not found this to coupon for a discount for service work. We initally came to Rice to buy this 2004 Camry and ended up buying thru Van York because the salesman we spoke to didn't seem to care if we bought a car or not. I saw him Saturday and he wasn't courteous enough to say hello. Sales is a difficult job, but making people feel at ease and welcomed shouldn't be so hard. I think we've bought 4 or 5 Toyotas over the years and I believe it is the service department that has kept us coming back. More
I was appalled to discover the cost of a headlight (hid) for my 2005 Prius. I commend Reed for taking the initiative to check "after-market" headlights rather than simply installing the even more expensive for my 2005 Prius. I commend Reed for taking the initiative to check "after-market" headlights rather than simply installing the even more expensive Toyota brand in stock. He had NAPA deliver one at half the price, but still extremely expensive for an item I couldn't NOT have. This is not a dealership issue so much as a manufacturing issue, but I would hope Toyota will look at this in the future. It never occurred to me to ask about te cost of replacement items before purchasing the vehicle. Next time, I will. More

The visit was for a repair on a recall notice. Randall contacted me to set up the appointment and met me at the service center when I arrived. I give a hesitant yes on why I would recommend this dealership only because I've had the same problem with my car since I purchased it. Because the computer says nothing is wrong, I feel like I'm getting the brush off. I have made the same complaint 4 times now and still nothing has been done. At this point, I'm waiting for it to be the reason for the next recall as, unfortunately, my faith in Toyota has been diminished. I've been driving for 28 years and have never had problems with a new car feeling like it's going to stall out at stop lights and drive-thrus. I have found numerous blogs about this issue online, so it's frustrating to be told there is no problem. I'm not a mechanic, but I do know when the idle is too low. More
I've taken my new Toyota to this dealership twice and have had a good experience both times. They always seem to have an available appointment when I need it although they always seems busy! The person you make the appointment with on the phone is the same person who checks you in when you arrive. The drop off area is well organized- you just pull up to the service area, and they come out with their electronic notebooks, scan the barcode in your doorframe and take your keys. It's so simple. The waiting area is large and comfortable and they do offer a shuttle service if you want to drop off your car (I've never used the shuttle). The prices are average for a dealership. More
I have called Brock Clayton several times concerning service for my 2009 Camry. Needless to say, I was quite upset with the recall news. Brock has always been very patient and explained things to me.
