Overall experience very good. One problem. Robert reported that one of the locking wheel nuts "broke" when rotating the tires. I don't know if it broke all by itself or if the technician may have mis reported that one of the locking wheel nuts "broke" when rotating the tires. I don't know if it broke all by itself or if the technician may have mishandled it. I was charged about $50.00 to remove and replace the wheel nut. I felt this was somewhat out of line. Also they were only able to replace the broken locking nut with a standard nut unless I wanted to buy a full set of 4 nuts. More
Rice once again has done a great job. However it seems to take much too long for an oil change. However the oil change was $12.00 less than Modern in Winston-Salem, and the service was much better at Rice. take much too long for an oil change. I had a 12:00pm appointment. 2 cars pulled into the bay after me and got immediate attention. Finallly one service person asked if I had been helped, I said no, he said someone will be right with you. A after me and got immediate attention. A few minutes later one of the car movers asked if I had been helped, I told him no, he went to the service manager and told him. Moments later someone else came out of the service booth and said someone would be right with me. Finally a service person asked me if I had been helped and I told him no, but that I had been asked that 3 times. He finally took my service order and the entire time had acted like I was putting him out, not very professional. This entire time there were approximately 5 Service people in the booth either eating or working on their computers. Again, very unprofessional while a customer is standing and waiting for 10 minutes or more. This took place on Saturday, June 5th. More
I stopped by at 3:30 in the afternoon without an appointment for an oil change. David was over in a few minutes and already had all my information in his computer. He explained what needed to be done, also told me that I didn't have a recall but rather a future recall (which I had been worried about). The entire visit took less than 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice with coffee and television. You can also go to the back and look through the window into the garage. It allows you to see if your car is being worked on. As alwasy, it was a great experience. More
The service at Rice has been excellent. I use the dealership because they do a more thorough diagnostic check at regular intervals than the Indies. If the cost is marginally more, it's worth it to ha dealership because they do a more thorough diagnostic check at regular intervals than the Indies. If the cost is marginally more, it's worth it to have dealership expertise and accountability. It approximates the Lexus experience I previously enjoyed for many years. Robert Kane (service) and Derek Moser (sales) are the reasons I'll return to Rice. Rice does have one dim service writer whom I've had to endure- only once- in Robert Kane's absence. All of my Toyota friends know to avoid him. More

Frank Anderson was very easy to interact with and I appreciated the fact that we were able to reach an agreeable price without all the ty experience. I have looked for a used truck for over a year and finally decided that this weekend I was going to buy something. We just bought a new Toyota Camry from Lou Gonzales. He was a great sales person and I would strongly recommend him. Rice was one of three dealers I send web requests for a new Tacoma. Dave was the most responsive and was the easiest of the three salespeople to work with. I was able to transact the entire deal on the phone and by email. I actually did not meet Dave in-person until I came in to pick up the car. He also made the process of completing the deal at the dealership as smooth as can be. I would definitely recommend Dave and Rice Toyota to anyone. More
