When I got back into town, I came in, signed the already prepared papers, he spend allot of time showing me the features of the new SUV and I drove away. Very simple. They also did warranty work on my 2008 Rav 4 so I could pass it down to one of my daughters. Had it done before they said and did a great job. I live in Fort Mill S.C. Reason is my engine check light and vsc lights are on, I went to a mechanic here in Charlotte N.C. for diagnosis and they gave me a big story that I needed to change my charcoal ca and vsc lights are on, I went to a mechanic here in Charlotte N.C. for diagnosis and they gave me a big story that I needed to change my charcoal canister,the mechanic gave me an estimate of $644.00 and said that this should take care of the problem. I drove to my reliable RICE TOYOTA Dealer in Greensboro, and thay did a diognosis and it came back that MY GAS CAP WAS LOOSE. Total bill was $44.00. I was visiting my daughter in Greensboro and needed a gasget replaced on the drive side door. A new part was ordered, a phone call verified that the part was in the next morning and an appointment made gasget replaced on the drive side door. Most recently, I had new tires and an oil change for my 2003 Avalon. I have been so pleased with my Avalon and that is why I haven't gotten a new car. The service this time was excellent. Had to bring my 2010 Prius which I had bought several weeks before by to have a noise in the right front wheel area checked. Just as when we looked cars at Rice Toyota/Scion and dealt with David Senkus a weeks before by to have a noise in the right front wheel area checked. Just as when we looked cars at Rice Toyota/Scion and dealt with David Senkus and others there, the experience was wonderful. Making the appointment was quick and easy, Duane was very friendly to set up a quick appointment. When I arrived, drive right in and in a few moments, I was in the comfortable, large lobby area using the Wi-Fi to handle business e-mails. I had to leave the car overnight but they took me to my son's place until they knew and then I arranged a loaner vehicle for the overnight stay. The next day, my car had been fixed and I returned the vehicle and was gone in a short time. FYI, I have spoken to several others since we buying experience which was the BEST and I can say that I hear the same thing from them which we realized......Rice Toyota/Scion.......not many, if any, like them. We live in Salem, VA and used the USAA car buying service and found Rice Toyota through them. They were actually able to give us a better price than the service due to a sale.
