Had to bring my 2010 Prius which I had bought several weeks before by to have a noise in the right front wheel area checked. Just as when we looked cars at Rice Toyota/Scion and dealt with David Senkus a weeks before by to have a noise in the right front wheel area checked. Just as when we looked cars at Rice Toyota/Scion and dealt with David Senkus and others there, the experience was wonderful. Making the appointment was quick and easy, Duane was very friendly to set up a quick appointment. When I arrived, drive right in and in a few moments, I was in the comfortable, large lobby area using the Wi-Fi to handle business e-mails. I had to leave the car overnight but they took me to my son's place until they knew and then I arranged a loaner vehicle for the overnight stay. The next day, my car had been fixed and I returned the vehicle and was gone in a short time. FYI, I have spoken to several others since we buying experience which was the BEST and I can say that I hear the same thing from them which we realized......Rice Toyota/Scion.......not many, if any, like them. We live in Salem, VA and used the USAA car buying service and found Rice Toyota through them. They were actually able to give us a better price than the service due to a sale. By far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Lou was amazing. I felt that he worked very hard for me. I am 33 years old and have bought probably 15 cars in my life this being the 4th brand new one and I will never go to another dealership again. I am a Rice Toyota customer for life. The staff was very polite and helpful, extremely knowledgeable about their product and I really felt that they wanted me to leave happy and not just make a sale. I bought the truck last night and I have already told 10 people about my amazing experience and recommended them. the experience was so easy and actually pleasant I would do it all again today and probably tomorrow.
