Poor service, longer wait then told, found grease/oil left all over tire rim and left off air cap. Waited for them to clean run and find the air cap - no one told me it had been done so waited even longe left all over tire rim and left off air cap. Waited for them to clean run and find the air cap - no one told me it had been done so waited even longer, ended up leaving when I went and looked to see if it had been taken care of. This was a scheduled appointment for regular maintenance- oil change and tire rotation. Then to top it off my passenger side mirror had oil smeared all over it to were you couldn’t see through it - funny thing it was the same side of the tire I found the grease/oil all over it. Hmmmm seems like an employee didn’t like me calling them out on leaving off the air cap, nor the grease/oil all over the tire rim. More
