Oil change and request to lube and check torque on propeller shaft. Initial service rep took the order and accepted the coupon for oil change -- noted on the signed intake receipt. (apparently the originally assigned) called to cash me out. The charge for the oil change did not reflect the coupon -- I had to point that out despite him having the original printed intake form with the proper price reflected. It took him a long time to input this price change and necessitated the involvement of another service rep. I asked if the torque on the propeller shaft had been checked, and the service rep. was not able to confirm that it had been checked. I'd avoid a hand off from one service rep. to another -- stick with the one who did the in-take of the service order. The second service rep. asked that I give him a five star rating for the service that day. Based on the above - miscommunication on a most routine service call - I let him know I would not. He then described to me how the above failures were not his fault as he did not intake the original order -- not very professional. I like getting our vehicles service at Toyota of GR and will return. I see this experience as an aberration and an opportunity to get better. More
