My wait was ridiculous, I was there for about 3 hours. An hour was just sitting there and no one told me anything about my truck. Someone should have filled in for her to advise me about my status . I think I should have gotten a discount for the situation, but no, they billed me full price . The work was good, but the bill said that I declined having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was un having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was unable to order the belt before the end of the day, so I was obliged not to have the service done despite my preference. Since I do not live in the area, I will have to have the work done once I get home. I'd feel more comfortable had the work been done there in Easley. I am forced to rate Mr Ian Mack in the sales department, but I had no dealings with him. More
