I went to Toyota of Easley because my car was totaled in an accident and I needed a car. Obviously, I had 15 things going on all at the same time and I was stressed out. When I walked up to the dealership, an accident and I needed a car. Obviously, I had 15 things going on all at the same time and I was stressed out. When I walked up to the dealership, I hadn’t made it but a few steps before a gentleman asked how he could help me, and took me right to RJ. RJ was extremely kind and helpful, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. The gentleman in finance, Endy, was also extremely friendly and helpful. Like I said, I have been under so much stress lately, but everyone at Toyota of Easley made the process stress free and I felt so much lighter by the time I left. There were also several people that walked by me while I waited who made sure that I was taken care of. I never got their names but I hope they know how much I appreciated it. I got a tour of the facility from RJ and he even offered to help me set up my first service when the time came. I LOVE my car, and I’m so thrilled that I got to work with Toyota of Easley! More

We enjoyed working with our dealer and he did an excellent job showing the vehicle. The problem we had was with the length we had to wait to get to get our vehicle from the retailers. We watched a couple of buyers come in after us and leave before us. We waited over an hour to get our car after signing and when we finally got it there were visible streaks on the windows especially on the windshield causing visibility issues and there was patches of spots of dirt missed along with dirt streaks where the water ran down the sides. When I showed my friends Y new truck the pointed out the detailing flaws and it embarrassed my wife and I. More
