Caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am a member of Toyota PROS (for top-Toyota sales personnel) and was salesperson of the year in 2024. I have over 1000 clients, about half of whom are repeat buyers or referrals from prior customers. My educational background is in social work and I earned a graduate degree in psychology. In other words, I enjoy people and advise them with complete integrity. Before joining the dealership, my husband and I laid down two criteria: (1) work for a great, reliable brand and (2) join an honest, transparent, service-oriented dealership. This is my 2nd purchase from Jennifer and I highly recommend that you ask for her when purchasing a car or truck. She is fun to work with and knowledgeable. Great personality. They have a computer board on the desk that makes it easy for you a the customer to see everything and make good decisions. The service department is outstanding as well! More
