Richard F worked so hard to make sure I was in love with the car I purchased. I had my mind set on the vehicle I wanted, but the fear of missing out on the best car, deal, and bells and whistles got the bes the car I purchased. I shopped for other cars at other dealerships and ultimately came back to Toyota of Easley. Richard helped ease my worry by going over the details of each vehicle, and what each would offer. I test drove a few others, and all worries were put to ease. Richard helped me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. This was my first time buying a car, and Toyota of Easley made it so easy! After a long day of car shopping, Richard and Adam stayed later to help make sure all T’s were crossed, and I’s were dotted. The service technician, Joe H, made my experience a real plus when he offered to make a minor adjustment in my van sliding door without charge. Thank you so much, Joe! I sensed that the staff, in general, were very actively working to keep the environment safe from the Coronavirus.
