I stopped by Toyota Easley on Friday because the tire pressure light on my dashboard was lit. The advisor told me that they could check my tire pressure but that it would take about 1-½ hours because the pressure light on my dashboard was lit. When I asked if he could look at my tires and tell me if they would be okay to drive on so I could do my errands and come back later he noticed that one of the tires was flat! He went ahead and checked me in. It still took about 1 ½ hours but the crew checked the tire and had to replace it due to the nature of the puncture. He kept checking in with me and updating me on their progress. The repair was finished in record time and the service advisor was exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. More
Originally went in for an oil change and mount and balance four new tires. Ended up adding an alignment, break system flush, and service rear breaks. All of this took six hours to do while I was waiting at the dealership. My appointment was at 7:30. At 10am the technician was done with the tires and oil change. My advisor said for the other tasks it would take another hour and half from 10am. So I was expecting it to be done at 11:30. My services was not complete until after 1:30pm. I would have liked an update after it wasn’t done within the hour and half window. More
The woman of Service Department who assisted me was exceptional. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Everyone I worked with from start to finish made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.
