Got some emergency brake adjusted and a tire balance/rotation done on 8/3/24. Dan helped me and was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The E brake now works but the car is pulling to the l balance/rotation done on 8/3/24. Dan helped me and was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The E brake now works but the car is pulling to the left after the balancing job. There are vibrations in the seat and steering that are worse than they were before taking it in the shop. Tried to get an appointment to recheck it, but cannot get me back till 8/13. The car feels unsafe at times to drive and this is a daily driver. Was offered a free oil change if another shop says I need my tires rebalanced. I don't plan on going back to this service center. More

In my opinion, Toyota of Easley has the best service department and Kevin Biddle is by far the best Service Advisor. He is my "go-to" guy there. If and when I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I wil department and Kevin Biddle is by far the best Service Advisor. He is my "go-to" guy there.
