When I called in and made my appointment, they had zero courtesy, not friendly with a monotone voice. I felt I should call and report their customer service to be manager, but neglected to do that. At the same time, I called Smart Honda for my husband‘s car to have some work done and they were more than helpful, very friendly offered a lot of information and I felt very confident with that appointment there. After I dropped my car off Justin called me right away to tell me that my tire pressure light was blinking and that indicated a TPMS problem and it would be $300 to find out which sensor was bad and for repair with no other explanation. I told him the light did not blink and was solid up until I dropped it off there. His. information was then contradicting because he then told me that it blinked when it was started. I felt like he was trying to pull a fast one, and I didn’t trust him. When I received a video from the mechanic he emphasize that the tire gauge light was blinking, which it was Not and never had it was just on. Didn’t feel very confident with their trustworthiness. It seemed that all of the employees that I talk to regarding my appointment were not friendly and did not offer a lot of information. Next time I think I will go to The Toyota dealer in Ames!! More
Inferior, grossly subpar inspection as part of oil change service! Recommended replacing two rear tires at over,$600-!! Going to the dealership where car was originally purchased new I expected more! Received a more thorough inspection at Midas, so will go back to them or Walmart. More
