Seems to be a good dealer. My problem is when you pull in you have to awkwardly stand by your car for what seems like eternity before someone helps. The actual service of my Highlander was good. I was only there 35 minutes. The service rep was kind of a grumpy jerk. As I was ready to check out I told him I had a coupon.
